Concept Planning
Your home, bath, kitchen, outdoor space, whatever it may be, may have an awkward shape that you don't know how to work around or some new features you're trying to add in and you just don't know how. Usually starting with a site inspection so that we can view the space, take some photos and measurements, we then prepare concept plans showing ideas and suggestions on how to use the space.

Submission Plans
Concept stage complete - great! It's now time to get your building approval. We will prepare a set of developed concept plans to create your submission plans to your local council or private certifier. You will also be able to use these to obtain pricing for the works from your selected builders.

Internal Elevations
Much like with the concept plan, we start with a site inspection most of the time so we can gather our measurements, photos but also the location of your existing services as well as there type if it is for a renovation project. We then prepare an elevation and floor plan of your bathroom, kitchen, laundry etc whatever the space may be that we are working with. These also include a black and white 3D perspective view so that you can really visualise how the space will work.
