Terms + Conditions

~ Payments are to be made upfront prior to any works being completed.

~ Acceptance is required that you have read and understood the contents of your own project proposal in its entirety.

~ You agree to the fees and proposed scope.

~ You understand that some fees have been provided as estimates until the final scope is known.

~ You accept that any changes to the scope of your own Project Proposal may result in additional charges and associated costs.

~ Any changes are to be requested in writing.

~ You understand the payment terms that have been outlined. Your signed agreement is your commitment to honor the payment terms.

~ Any and all site images, before, during and after works, along with any documentation provided by Sara-Ann Interior Design have the potential to be used online and in future portfolios after consultation with the client prior to posting for the owners approval.
